Should your application be accepted and you be added to the expedition team, you agree to always assist the expedition leader and the ministry in the mission field, agreeing to always conduct yourself in accordance with our ministerial ethics, doing everything solely and exclusively for the Glory of God and the extension of His Kingdom. I. VISIÓN GLOBAL POLICIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Conducting in the expedition in accordance with the objectives outlined in the invitation. Ensure participants will be immersed in the realities of the host country, with all necessary precautions taken to ensure a safe and enriching experience. Visión Global is not responsible for issues related to flights, travel agencies, or missed flights. Visión Global reserves the right to cancel a mission trip due to emergencies or social unrest in the host country. In such an event, the expedition fee (excluding airfare) will be refunded. Expedition fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Visión Global is not responsible for medical expenses incurred by participants. Participants are strongly encouraged to obtain comprehensive medical insurance. Visión Global is not liable for incidents beyond its control, including but not limited to kidnapping, loss, or death. Visión Global does not negotiate with terrorists or criminals. Visión Global is committed to providing spiritual guidance and support to participants as they navigate cultural, emotional, and spiritual adjustments. However, Visión Global reserves the right to dismiss a participant from the trip due to misconduct or failure to adhere to established policies and guidelines. PARTICIPANT RESPONSIBILITIES - I understand and acknowledge Visión Global's responsibility to fulfill all logistical and training requirements, including the recruitment of prayer partners and financial supporters. - I will comply with the rules established by Visión Global and the missionaries in the host country. I will submit to the authority of my leaders and accept and act upon any feedback regarding my behavior, spiritual life, and testimony. - I will maintain a teachable attitude and conduct myself as a learner, seeking to maximize this opportunity. - I will maintain a consistent discipline of prayer and Bible study from now until the completion of the expedition. - I will establish a prayer support team who will intercede for me throughout the expedition. - I am responsible for all financial obligations associated with this expedition and will adhere to the established payment schedule. - I understand and agree that my trip may be canceled if I do not cover the agreed amount for my expedition. - I have designated a representative who, in the event of my death, will be responsible for covering the expenses of transporting my remains from the field to my place of origin. This representative, preferably someone with decision-making authority, will coordinate all necessary procedures with the Visión Global office. - Upon my return, I will serve my local church by sharing my testimony and experiences with the congregation and actively participating in church activities. - I understand that all financial contributions from individuals and/or churches are given to support the mission, not for my personal benefit. - I will not use donated funds for personal expenses.
